OTC Hospitality Event

We are pleased to announce that the Oklahoma Tax Commission’s Ad Valorem Education Conference is scheduled to take place August 4th-7th at the Embassy Suites in Norman, OK. As part of our commitment to foster networking opportunities, the OATR will sponsor a hospitality room for the event.

The hospitality suite will welcome attendees on the opening night of the conference, Monday, August 4th, from 5-7pm, offering a prime opportunity for networking.

To ensure the success of this hospitality event, we are reaching out to our member companies for contributions. Historically, the cost to host such an event ranges between $3,500 and $4,000. Contributions of any amount are greatly appreciated, and for companies, a typical donation is $100 or more. To acknowledge your generous support, the names of contributing companies who contribute $500 or more will be prominently displayed within the hospitality room, at several key locations throughout the…
